Take someone along on a sightseeing flight
Treating someone to a flight over the Netherlands is a gift that doesn't end up in a cupboard. No stuff, no expiring voucher, just a morning or afternoon above the polders, the canals or the Wadden, with me as your pilot. You pick a moment together, in suitable weather.
Why this makes a nice gift
It's more personal than an anonymous voucher. You don't just fly as a passenger in a scheduled flight, but with me, on a route we choose together. Please note: this is not a commercial gift or voucher system. I fly as a private pilot and am not allowed to sell flights. What you're doing is inviting someone to fly along, with the actual costs shared among everyone on board, under the cost-sharing flight rules (EU Regulation 965/2012).

For someone who loves flying or aviation. Not a passenger in the back, but up front beside me, with a view of the instruments and the horizon. An experience as close to real flying as it gets.
See your own home or city from above
For someone who's always wanted to see their own house, street or town from above. We build the route around it, as long as it's within reach of the aircraft and the airspace allows it.
How it works
There's no webshop and no voucher system, because as a private pilot I'm not allowed to sell flights. You call or email me, tell me who it's for and which route you have in mind, and together we pick a date. You arrange it personally with me, rather than buying anonymously from a commercial operator.
Because I do this as a hobby and not as a business, we plan everything by arrangement. That means we depend on the weather and can't guarantee a fixed date, so we keep it flexible. That way the recipient knows what to expect, with no false promises.
What it involves
- Flight of your choice: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Texel or custom
- About an hour of flying, with me as your pilot
- Maximum 3 passengers, bring friends or family
- One group per flight, I never mix strangers together
- Date and route by arrangement, in suitable weather
Practical
Expect roughly €62 to €102 per person with three passengers, depending on the route. The calculator below shows what the flight will cost. You fly with your own group; I never put strangers together on one flight.
We only fly in clear, calm weather. A date therefore isn't guaranteed on the day; we plan ahead and keep a few reserve slots in hand. It helps to agree this with the recipient in advance, so it stays a gift and not a disappointment.
