Sightseeing Flight Zeeland | The Delta Works from Above
The longest route I fly and perhaps the most beautiful water flight in the Netherlands. From Lelystad Airport I fly southwest for a loop along the Delta Works: the Oosterschelde storm surge barrier, the Zeeland Bridge and the wide beaches of Walcheren.

About this sightseeing flight
On the days I fly my longest route, after the Groene Hart and the Biesbosch wetlands the Zeeland delta landscape opens up: a mosaic of channels, tidal flats and islands that you only truly understand from the air. The highlight is the Oosterscheldekering, the largest part of the Delta Works, a kilometres-long row of pillars and gates that keeps the sea at bay without stopping the tide.
I follow the Oosterschelde past the Zeeland Bridge to Zierikzee and then cross Walcheren with the seaside resorts of Domburg and Zoutelande and the lighthouses along the coast. At low tide you see the sandbanks and channels shift in colour from green to gold. A long flight, but one you will not forget.

You fly along with me personally. Because we fly visually the flight only goes ahead in good weather; otherwise we find another date together.
