This flight over Rotterdam combines industrial grandeur with urban beauty: we head into the city itself for a look at the Rotterdam skyline, with the Erasmus Bridge, the high-rise of Kop van Zuid and the silhouette of the centre, often called the finest skyline in the country.
Along the way you pass Kinderdijk, where nineteen windmills sit in the polder landscape that has kept the water in its place here for centuries. Only from the air do you really see how the whole system of dykes, storage basins and mills fits together.
